Sustainability requirements: NXP requires suppliers to set and publicly report an absolute GHG reduction target, tracking energy consumption and Scope 1, 2, and key Scope 3 emissions. Suppliers should actively seek ways to improve energy efficiency and minimize emissions. NXP may request suppliers to participate in CDP Supply Chain Disclosure or Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Environmental Reporting.
